I had a pain in my arm out of nowhere the other day, and it just continued to hurt terribly, to the point that it was starting to make me nauseous. After talking to my wife about it, we concluded that it was probably just me pinching a nerve. It was on my right side rather than my left, so we knew it wasn't a heart attack, but that was my first thought. (My second thought was "I'm too young to have a heart attack!")

So I can imagine how frightening that might have been for you. I'm glad to hear you're all right!

I love the nipple censors, by the way.

I hope you're feeling better. Don't worry about letting things go for a while. Take care of yourself! Good luck with the teaching. We'll look forward to Quid Novi? as you have time to get to it.

Sorry to hear about the scare, but hopefully things will return to some sense of normalcy soon. Wish you all the best!

Mark,

I'm glad you're okay after having a heart attack! I can only imagine how scary it must be to have one without knowing what caused it. The husband of a co-worker of mine is in his mid-thirties, and he recently had a stroke for no reason that the doctors could find (like, apparently, 2% of stroke victims).

Here's hoping that you have a full and speedy recovery!
