Good points, Loonook, but "ramps up the PC power level" is a relative concept. That said, what I've presented here is only the roughest of drafts, and I'd love to see your response when you get it done. :)

I like the idea, but I believe that granting certain teamwork feats free (Lookout especially) really, REALLY ramps up the PC power level. One individual passes a Surprise everyone acts?

I like some of the teamwork feats for their benefits (Twin casters who have Allied Spellcaster are especially apt)... I guess I will have to write up a full response on Teamwork Feats :).

I haven't played any games like this in many years, and can say that none of the NPCs were so well filled out with a back story like this in those days. Amazing. Kind of tempts me to start playing again :)

True, that could explain fireball, but it could also not explain other things. That aside, I admit it's easy enough to fluff the description for mechanics, but I also like to mess around with the mechanics, even if it leads to weird situations. Since posting R, I've considered making the direction of movement random, limiting the distance moved, et cetera. I don't think I'll get around to fiddling with the idea any more any time soon, however. :)
